SirSync Pro validates active licenses through sirsync.com.

Customers may deactivate site pairs and activate new ones directly from their account without contacting us.

Information We Do Not Collect

SirSync is designed so that content is transferred directly between your connected WordPress websites.

SirSync does not collect or store:

• Page or post content
• Media files
• WooCommerce product data
• Advanced Custom Fields data
• SEO metadata
• WordPress usernames or passwords
• Website credentials
• Deployment data transferred between connected websites

Deployment logs remain on your connected WordPress websites and are not transmitted to SirSync.

Email Notifications

SirSync may send transactional emails related to your account or deployments.

Deployment notification emails may include information such as:

• Page titles
• Product names
• Content IDs
• Website URLs
• The WordPress user who initiated the deployment

These emails are intended only for the websites participating in the deployment.

We do not send promotional marketing emails or sell email addresses to third parties.

Deleting your account permanently removes your customer account. Licenses associated with deleted accounts may no longer function.
